Mellow-Tone for Children™ is a sleep aid in the form of a dissolvable pill. The dosage contains 1 mg of Melatonin and 2.5 mg of Valerian root, Melatonin is a naturally occurring hormone in your body. Once the pill touches the tongue, the saliva makes it dissolve within seconds.
